Engr.Md Wabaydul Islam comes of a reputed Muslim family of patuakhali,Bauphal,Keshabpur(Boro Bari).

He is Member of Real Estate & Housing Association of Bangladesh (REHAB).

He is currently working as the President of Bangladesh Civil Engineer Socity (BCES) His philosophy centers on the belief that good design should not only look beautiful but also improve people’s lives and the environment around them. To this end, he encourages the use of eco-friendly materials and sustainable design practices whenever possible. He has graduated B.Sc.Engg.(Civil) from,The Institution of Engineers, Bangladesh(IEB)

He is Member of Institution of Diploma Engineers (IDEB).
